If you do not see your country in the drop-down menu it's possible for us to place a custom order and send a PayPal invoice. For this you will contact customer support with the following information:


Please list all items and qty of what you are wanting to order. Then provide your address in the following format: 


First Name

Last Name

Phone Number

Address

City

State/Province

Country 

Zip/Postal Code 


Once we place the order manually the order will go into the pending payment section and a PayPal invoice will be sent. You will then message us back letting us know the invoice for your order has been paid and that order will be moved into processing. 


If you are a first-time international customer it's important to know you may need to pay import taxes and/or customs duties assessed by your country. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment, assessed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping charges you paid Red Apple Lipstick. Your country will bill you directly for any of these additional fees.


Also, please note that we're unable to alter the price and cost of the goods to avoid import fees or duties. Doing so would result in a hefty fine.
